FRENCH COURT RULES IT CAN HEAR YAHOO! CRIMINAL CASE
A Paris Court of Appeal has ruled that it is competent to
hear a case involving criminal charges against former Yahoo!
CEO Timothy Koogle over the availability of Nazi content on
the Yahoo! site. Koogle was acquitted by a trial court last
year. The appellate court ruled that it was entitled to
assert jurisdiction over the matter.
