I apologize. It means: everything tends to be sold "at value". This might
have caused confusion.
If you add "costs of capital" (interest, revenue) etc. you might see that
this could still be interpreted in a way that means the same.
But this is not the important point. and refinitely not the one contested
here.

The perfect competition model is a contradiction in itself. Its logically
impossible. 

Competition is the quest to have an advantage. 

Perfect competition always includes the hunger for monopolies.

On the other side, monopolistic situations create extraprofits that fuel
the hunger of competitors.
