Hi all

OK, I messed up again... Will try to make sure this does not happen in the future.

We have had a number of good submissions trickle in over the last few weeks so the next issue is looking very strong now.

Hopefully we can now focus on getting this next issue out. If anyone would like to review the paper below please get in touch offlist, otherwise I will continue to approach people privately.

So far four papers have been fully submitted, they are all placed in the restricted part of the site, in latest submissions > general issue/P2P theory.
