Interesting stuff, Yochai Benkler uses examples that I
expect many of us know well, Wikipedia, K5, /. ... :-)
His central argument (OK, I just skimmed the text!) is
that 'commons based peer production' is more efficient
than prior forms of production and that in order for this
to expand there needs to be less, not more, copyright
(etc) law.
