There are two papers from the Münster University:

According to Rishab especially the first one is rather polemic and has
little scientific foundation.

At a quick scan, it also seems to destroy its own argument: since it is
being made available at no cost, there is no market feedback to validate
it - we can expect the paper to be of low quality and not suitable for its
intended readers. Further, the university should have been guided strictly
by economic considerations and deliberately abstained from influencing
market developments by producing papers which take sides in the argument.
