that we be able to express ourselves with terminology that

In the Freedom Agenda of the Black Radical Congress, it
states that "...we will fight to advance beyond Capitalism..."
which to me speaks to a building project and not just a
destructive project.

That's the point: Oekonux focusses on building projects. The term "germ 
form" means, that free software is a part of a global building project 
beyond (yes: "trans") market economy (aka: capitalism) - including all 
unawareness, contradictions, etc.
