The UNDP Asia-Pacific Development Information Programme (UNDP-APDIP)

together a distinguished panel of experts for a discussion, titled
"Software
for Development: Is Free/Open Source Software the Answer?" at the World
Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) in Tunis on 18 November 2005.

(IOSN), an

Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the United Nations
Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and the
United
Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).
