I understand, if it is voluntary, or based on a strong rationale (which  could work outside of Europe with the latifunderos for example), then I  can see how it could work,

As you can see in Usa and Uk, Community Land Trusts are already
working experiences. They dont work through expropriation but through
grants from public sector and donations from private citizens.

With my proposal simply I want to add to these existing communal
self-managed institutions, the role to issue community currencies to
fund a comunnal basic income.

A way to creating the New World in the Shell of the Old...
