Editor on the run announcement: unfortunately there is some delay in moving the project forward, but better not to fix deadlines which cannot be met. Coming up..
@Toni Prug if you are there (or Johann?): is there a definite URL where we can find Toni's paper on community peer review? I would like to reference it in the next iteration of our mission statement / call for papers, thanks.

Call me a nutcase, but my personal stance is any paper well-
researched and
reasonably referencend and argued is worth publishing whatever the
background and ideology of the author or the reviewer. Perhaps
my belief
that most reviewers would be in that category is misplaced, but
I d like to
believe that peer review ultimately works better than asking 200
people from
the street to vote on it .
