Having been in meetings where Governments try to work this out, the
representatives of Large Corporations lobby to prevent Government using
GPL.

The concept that business is the lifeblood of society is another of the
Great Philosophical Mistakes...
should be
denied the ability to reuse free software just like anyone else
Guess what? They *aren't* denied the ability to re-use it. They *are*
denied the ability to enclose it.
